Make sure the application is complete. If you do not have children - write N/A. Additionally, each party needs to complete one of the financial statements which are a part of the application. Your application, once completed, can be returned by mail, email, or fax. Please be careful to respond completely and accurately. Take your time. Incomplete or erroneous information will definitely delay the process. The
information requested is necessary to properly complete the divorce
forms. We have included a financial statement to be filled out by both
parties. This is done so that both parties feel comfortable that the
other party is swearing under oath that they are telling the truth about the finances
and that every thing being done is fair to both, Income is required when there
are children for child support calculations. Personal information is required by the Court and for the State's statistical purposes. The information requested is the same as that which would be required by an attorney. Be assured that we
